All of the through hole vibration motors listed here are supplied with a PCB mountable, stamped metal bracket. Depending upon the motor model, the motor will either have through hole pins or wire leads. 4mm diameter are only available with wire leads. The through hole pins are available in 2 lengths (1.6mm or 3.2mm) to accommodate standard or thick multi-layer printed circuit boards. We do not recommend these be “reflow soldered”. We recommend that these PCB mounted vibrator motors be solder by a “selective soldering” machine. The can not be washed or exposed to any liquids. We can supply the PCB mounting bracket separately, and these can be reflow soldered to the PCB, after which motors with wire leads can then be snapped into the bracket and their leads hand soldered into place. We can supply our vibration motors with any one of our standard connectors on the leads (see figure below), or we can install a connector of your choosing at the factory. We can also fabricate custom brackets to your specifications.

The “typical current” is the average current from 20 motors selected at random from a given production lot. Copies of the test report showing the data collected for all 20 motors are available upon request.
