The VZ30F4B8196812L is the FPC version of the core motor we use in our SMD surface mount reflow series. Its ultra low profile of 3.0 mm makes it desirable for other applications besides PCB SMD surface mount applications. This motor uses of a custom FPC that is designed to mate with PCB mounted spring contacts. The motor is mounted in the shell of the products housing. The VZ30F4B8196812L vibration motor has a very small form factor, the unit price is higher than a coreless motor. For MOQ 5ooo we can supply this with a custom FPC. We can also add poron foam or a rubber gasket if needed.
