Our sincere apologies, as this motor was made for us under contract, and was discontinued without notice to us. Normally a LTB would be possible. A leaded version of our 10mm dia x 4.0 mm LRA will be sampling in Feb 2020. This design will be based on our: VG1040003D. In the interim , soldering wires directly to the contact pads of the VG1040003D might be an option.
The VG1036001D LRA coin vibration motor generates a minimum vibration force of 1.5 Grms @ 175 hz. A driver IC is normally used to generate this AC drive signal. It vibrates in the Z axis, which is perpendicular to the face of the vibration motor, making it ideal for wearable devices worn against the skin. Its excellent rise / fall time specifications make it ideal for haptic feedback applications. Rubber Poron foam pads, connectors and custom lead wire lengths are available. Custom FPC are also available for minimum orders of 10K pcs. Tooling fees apply.
